Hosting is part of one monthly fee, from NZ$60 a month, that also covers support and changes. There is no contract and no surprise renewal: you can leave whenever you like, and hosting runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Every site gets a free SSL certificate, so it loads over HTTPS with the padlock browsers and Google expect. If you are moving from another host, I handle the move for you at no cost.
Through the client portal you can see your site's uptime and your domain's details, and raise a request whenever you need something changed.
